Day 1 - Jan 1 - Here we go!!

I am SO ready to get started...


This morning I took my starting weight, and I am about to take some measurements & "before" pictures. I encourage you all to do the same! 


It's not good to weigh yourself throughout the month, just at the end :)

  1. 1: 2 poached eggs, ham, 1/4 avocado, 1/4 cantaloupe, black coffee

    2: BBQ chicken thighs, BBQ asparagus, baby carrots

    Dinner tonight is at Matt's parents, we are taking a salad and will just eat the protein that his mom is making!

  2. Breakfast: 2 poached eggs, 1/2 avocado, 2 slices of ham, cantelope
    Lunch: 3 chicken BBQ chicken thighs, grilled asparagus, carrots
    Dinner: baked ham, garden salad loaded with veggies

    Day 1 in the books!

    4: small bowl of frozen berries (family was having angel food cake and whipping cream - we just had the berries!)
