Wow, can you believe that we are 25 days in already? (Well - technically Lory, Matt and I have a few more to go...) but still everyone is doing great!!
I am not feeling as energetic as I had expected to at this point - which is why I will continue. But my skin & nails are fantastic, and I am definitely feeling good at the gym!

25 days! Wow it's going fast! I know I have a few more days to go than the rest of you, but that's ok, I don't have anything planned until feb 11 so I'll forge ahead until then!!

Meal 1: 2 turkey blueberry patties, scrambled eggs, 1/2 avocado, 1/2 grapefruit, black coffee, fish oil
Meal 2: yummy salad with chicken, beets, yams, tomatoes, and pumpkin seeds, apple, handful of almond & raisins, carrots
Snack: orange, few macadamia nuts
I agree, Matt! Jenny, you have done an amazing job of keeping the blog up-to-date and keeping us all accountable. Additionally, you are so quick to respond whenever anyone has any questions. I know that you have helped make this challenge so much more manageable than it otherwise would have been. Thanks!

ReplyDeleteI actually had a great workout today. I really didnt want to do it but following an awesome swim on Monday I went downstairs at put in my P90X KEMPOX workout and sweat like crazy!
Felt good.
