OK one more question for the night, does anyone else find they are using more salt? I don't use a lot compared to most people but I feel like I am using more than I did before??? Thoughts Lory
The hockey game threw me off a bit yesterday as the past couple of weeks I've been able to prep some meals Sunday night (I don't get home until after 7 Monday and Tuesday). Needless to say, my dinner was kind of a fall-back, but it still tasted pretty delicious.
Energy is pretty good, although I was having some crazy dreams last night. I've noticed that my pants seem to be fitting a little looser. I'm feeling some sugar cravings right now but I will stay strong :)
Went to the hockey game last night too. Ate beforehand ......but man oh man the smell of the hot dogs!! Drank tea instead. Woo hoo! Still feeling a little tired but not as bad as the first week. where do you get your turkey sausage? The kind I usually buy has sugar and I haven't been able to find another.
