    I've been busy cooking up a storm today. I've tried to make the "Baba Ganouche" Lory suggested using eggplant, onions, garlic. I added lemon juice and some cumin to give it a little more "zing". I really liked it!

    I'm also in the middle of making ribs in my slow cooker (fingers crossed) and I'm going to make a yam dish my friend suggested (I've tried it and it's so good);

    cube yams
    cut up an onion
    coat everything in olive oil
    bake for around 45min at 400
    cut up sundried tomatoes and add to cooked dish.

    I'm tired! I dont know if it's because I'm going to be a year older tomorrow, lack of sleep or just btthhththth!
    1. eggs and sweet potato
    2 turkey breast eggplant and cabbage
    3 Dan is cooking up my early birthday dinner:) Steak prawns sweet potato and strawberry kiwi salad! but no wine:(
    I miss my wine!
    I cant remember if I mentioned that in the Baba Ganouche I added fresh basil. It goes with everything. I am going to have it with shrimp in a lettuce wrap! yum

  3. Meal 1: omelet with spinach, roasted red peppers, guacamole and chicken

    Snack: grapes, almonds

    Meal 2: salad from whole foods with everything, and chicken

    Snack: pork chop, orange

    Meal 3: BBQ chicken thighs, Greek salad/no feta, roast yams

    That baba ganouche sounds great, def gonna try that!!

    2: big salad w/chicken, veggies, lemon juice, evoo, balsamic

    3: pork chop, orange

    4: pork chop, broccolini

    5: apple (went to a movie - took a cut up apple as a snack!)

    Went to yoga for the first time in a long time - felt great!!
