2. butternut squash lasagna with veggies and kale chips

I've been busy cooking up a storm today. I've tried to make the "Baba Ganouche" Lory suggested using eggplant, onions, garlic. I added lemon juice and some cumin to give it a little more "zing". I really liked it!
I'm also in the middle of making ribs in my slow cooker (fingers crossed) and I'm going to make a yam dish my friend suggested (I've tried it and it's so good);
cube yams cut up an onion coat everything in olive oil bake for around 45min at 400 cut up sundried tomatoes and add to cooked dish.
Happy Saturday to you too! I'm tired! I dont know if it's because I'm going to be a year older tomorrow, lack of sleep or just btthhththth! 1. eggs and sweet potato 2 turkey breast eggplant and cabbage 3 Dan is cooking up my early birthday dinner:) Steak prawns sweet potato and strawberry kiwi salad! but no wine:( I miss my wine!
