Still here! Still eating clean! We are trying to book a holiday for Spring Break and the one we had booked fell through, so I've been busy trying to get something else booked. Hopefully it will all be sorted out today!

I'm feeling alright (aside from the stress of holiday planning - poor me haha). Definitely bounced back from my Sunday "Funk". My clothes are definitely fitting better and I do feel leaner, which is awesome.
The "Life After Whole30" article is really good! Make sure you read all the comments below (people's personal experiences). It's very interesting to see what/how everyone is feeling when the 30 days are over...
ReplyDeleteok I have a comment! I am not finding any type of sausage organic or not with out either canola oil in the casing or some kind of sugar!!!! I was at whole foods and I am going to one more place but am I missing something! We cant have canola oil right?
ReplyDeleteHey jenny, still on board but I have not been as sick as I have been as the last two weeks now got a cold....been really tried and I have not been working out as much as I usually do... eating clean but have had a piece of ezekel bread with peanut butter the other morning really turned off meat .today I had ground turkey with veggies made into a meat sauce and over spinach ....going to continue and try not to eat so much meat...more eggs maybe .....thanks for all of your comments and encouragement you are a real motivator...maybe see ya tomorrow am.

Felt much better at the gym tonight!
Lory - no canola oil - I am pretty sure that the ones we get don't have it!! If you are in a pinch, then getting fresh sausages from Whole Foods can't be bad - just do your best :)
