Claudia - tell me more about this bacon....we want some! What are the ingredients listed??

    3: leftover pulled pork & coleslaw

    4: baby carrots, orange

    5: chicken thighs, mashed yams, salad w/pomegranate & pecans & homemade dressing

    1. where do you get your turkey sausage? The kind I usually buy has sugar and I haven't been able to find another.

    2. OK one more question for the night, does anyone else find they are using more salt? I don't use a lot compared to most people but I feel like I am using more than I did before???

    Snack: celery & almond butter

    Meal 2: leftover pulled pork & coleslaw

    Meal 3: baked chicken thighs, mashed yams, salad with pomegranate and pecans

  3. 1. 2 scrambled eggs, with the last little bit of flank steak, turkey patty, 1/4 orange

    2. 1/3 cup of almonds

    3. Mexican salad (romaine/spinach, yellow pepper, seasoned beef, salsa), kiwi

    4. smoked salmon

    5. Fritata - eggs, zucchini, yam, yellow pepper

    The hockey game threw me off a bit yesterday as the past couple of weeks I've been able to prep some meals Sunday night (I don't get home until after 7 Monday and Tuesday). Needless to say, my dinner was kind of a fall-back, but it still tasted pretty delicious.

    Energy is pretty good, although I was having some crazy dreams last night. I've noticed that my pants seem to be fitting a little looser. I'm feeling some sugar cravings right now but I will stay strong :)

  4. Went to the hockey game last night too. Ate beforehand ......but man oh man the smell of the hot dogs!! Drank tea instead. Woo hoo!
    Still feeling a little tired but not as bad as the first week. A little less bloating.
    Meal 1: 2 eggs + egg whites scrambled, melon
    2: chicken & veggies in curry sauce (made with coconut milk), apple
    3: 3 mandarin oranges
    4: Salmon with sweet potatos

  5. 1. 2 eggs over easy banana
    2 mixed greens with steak and avocado
    3 beef tacos in lettuce wraps with salsa and avocado
    snacks grapefruit, celery, carrots dates and almonds
    making Matts lasagna right now for tomorrow. we shall see.

    Meal 1: lara bar, coffee, grapes
    Meal 2: butternut squash lasagna (kurt), salad with chicken breast and hard boiled eggs (Claudia - staff lunch in a restaurant)
    Snack: banana, nuts
    Meal 3: salad with avocado, chicken thighs, cucumber, orange pepper
    Snack: grapes and Chai Tea (black spiced tea with coconut milk)
