Hello everyone! This is a place for all of us to blog our meals, share recipes, ask questions & support each other during our Whole 30! It won't be easy, but it will be worth it, and it's critical that you are 100% strict. Remember...having cancer is hard. Not putting milk in your coffee is NOT HARD :)
