Thanks, Jenny, for organizing all of this. I was doing some reading/research yesterday and I found a website that seems to be really user-friendly for people who haven't done this before:

As far as I can tell, it seems pretty accurate to the other resources you mentioned. It had a bunch of good pages introducing the idea of paleo. I particularly liked the page that lists all the foods you "can" eat as opposed to what you "cannot" eat.
