Day 4 - Jan 4

You guys are doing great!!

I am now on the road for 5 days....today was fine as I packed food for the flights, but it will get interesting tomorrow!!

  1. 1: 2 poached eggs, flank steak, 1/2 avocado, 1/2 grapefruit, black coffee

    2: carrots on the plane

    3: leftover bbq chicken thighs, grilled yellow pepper & baked yams

    4: grapes

    5: sea bass & roasted veggies (at a restaraunt in Halifax - resisted them temptation of their homemade biscuits, and asked for no lobster cream sauce on my fish, and didn't eat the potatoes :)

  2. Breakfast: poached eggs, flank steak, 1/2 avocado, 1/2 grapefruit, black coffee

    Lunch: ham slices, leftover yams, grilled peppers, carrots and an apple

    Snack: celery sticks with almond butter, guacamole and salsa

    Dinner: pork tenderloin, broccoli, and mashed yams with apple sauce

  3. Let's see, more left over chicken for breakfast with black coffee. Felt like ground hog day!

    Breakfast for lunch: 2 eggs, turkey bacon and fruit salad. With more black coffee.

    Snack: An apple pear with some almond butter and a few raisins.

    Dinner: Slow cooker beef stew with sweet potatoes and peppers and Jamaican spice.
    A few nuts and apricots for munchies in the evening.

  4. I was feeling sluggish earlier today but really good now:-)
    Breakfast: 2eggs scrambled w/peppers onion and mushroom
    Half an avacado
    Black coffee

    Lunch: mixed organic greens, tomato, mushroom, half a can of tuna (packed in water) with an olive oil and apple cider vinegar dressing

    Snack: hanful of almonds and an orange

    Dinner: I found a recipe for a paleo stew, super simple and I packed it full of veggies!
