1. Viking hash (sub ground beef instead of bacon), fried egg - SO GOOD! :)
2. Veggies with baba ganouche, small handful of almonds.
Going to my parents' for dinner. I've been told we are having roast beef, root veggies, and salad. I'll bring my own dressing.
Couple questions; I hear people using "evoo" in their meals. What is this and where do you buy and when would you use it? The second one is Tahini (?) same questions as above :) Thanks!
Kirsten! evoo is Extra Virgin Olive Oil :) Tahini - not whole 30 friendly...but if you want to use it afterwards, you can buy it at any grocery store! It's used in hummus...
Just read the amazing blog post by whole 9 about taking off your training wheels.
It was so inspiring and totally spoke to a lot of the feelings that I have been having about being done the Whole 30 tomorrow. Im going grocery shopping today and I'm totally going to be shopping as though I was still doing the Whole30! I can totally control what I have in my home :)
