Wow, only one week left - woohoo! Although I plan on continuing...and I will keep blogging here for those that want to stay on board past 30 days!
Claudia - did you buy the bacon again?!?!?!?! We are still waiting!! Matt and I looked this weekend but couldn't find any :(

My nails & my skin are both so much nicer than a few weeks ago!!! Tonight at the gym I didn't feel great - major neck pain :(

Meal 2: BBQ chicken thighs, mashed yams with roasted garlic and cumin, steamed broccoli and red cabbage
Did some moonlighting today and thought I'd have time to go to whole foods for lunch, oops, I didn't! Tomorrow I'll be more prepared! I'm feeling really good these days, no cravings, good energy, leaning out, overall I feel fantastic!

4. Pork Roast in slow cooker (so easy and delicious!), spinach salad
I didn't get called into work today, so I was able to get organized with regards to preparing a meal in the slow cooker. That was great, because it's given me leftovers for tuesday!
