Day off today which was great. I got to sleep in and then go to a Hatha yoga class. Lunch with a good friend for her birthday and I was able to find something really yummy on the menu...
1. 2 scrambled eggs with spinach and tomato, turkey patty
2. Seafood hot pot (at the restaurant - so delicious!), coconut-ginger broth with clams, shrimp, scallops, and veggies (hold the vermicelli noodles).
3. a small handful of almonds
4. Butter chicken from scratch. Pretty good.
I've been drinking lots of tea today. The crummy weather just makes you want to stay home and do nothing. I don't feel tired, just the need for some coziness...
It's my uncle's 60th birthday tonight. Should be a good challenge for me because there is bound to be sweets galore!

Glad to be home and away from eating at hotels & malls! Matt's working tonight and I am SO wanting some chocolate/sweets
I am thinking that I need more than 30 days to really reset my system - my cravings are not gone yet!!
