Day 13 - Jan 13

Happy Friday everyone!!

Heading into another weekend....stay strong!!

We are planning to get outside for some snowshoeing.....what are you all up to?

I love seeing your comments & meal ideas - keep sharing - we are almost halfway!!

Here is the picture that I promised.....good fats! Use the coconut oil for high heat (we cook our meat in this, sauteeing veggies etc - you can really use it for anything), the Olive Oil is great for salad dressings (not good for high heat), and the ghee is clarified butter (scrambled eggs! mashed yams! sauteed spinach & tomatoes)....the possibilities are endless!!! We buy the coconut oil at Whole Foods or Save-On :)

  1. Meal 1: 2 poached eggs, turkey & fennel sausage, 1/2 grapefruit, 1/2 avocado, coffee, fish oil.

Meal 2: turkey blueberry patty, celery with almond butter, carrots, orange, handful of pecans.

Off to Crossfit now, feeling really good, hopefully crush today's wod! I'm starting to feel more like my old self again, energy is up, cravings are subsided, just need to get the fitness back to where it was and all will be good!
