My sugar cravings are pretty much completely gone. This week I have focused on having no more than 1 serving of fruit per day and it's actually been really easy....
I am also focusing on not snacking. This has been harder as I get really hungry! So I have been making sure to only snack on protein & fat.
Sleep has been so good - I am not eating anything past 8pm
Overall feeling good, excited to continue :)

Wow! Day 41! Officially this will be my last day of strict whole30 eating, I'm planning to go out tomorrow night with a couple of buddies!
ReplyDeleteOverall a great experience, down 11 pounds in total, energy is through the roof, like Jenny I no longer have late night sugar cravings! I plan on getting right back on the wagon after Saturday! I love eating this clean!
1. Over easy eggs, chicken broccoli basil sausage, 1/2 avocado, sautéed spinach and tomatoes, fish oil, coffee
2. Chicken thighs wrapped in bacon, coleslaw
Way to go, you guys! I agree that food just tastes better. Although I haven't been fully Whole30 in Feb, I've still been really conscious about what I eat and when. I'm trying to eat clean for the majority of my meals and so far, I've been successful. There have been a couple of instances where I'll have a craving but I'm able to work through it. I have noticed that I don't have any sugar cravings at night, which is awesome because that was when I usually wanted something sweet. I'm finding that I still have some sugar cravings in the afternoon, but I think that's more due to boredom than anything else...
ReplyDeleteKeep up the good, clean, work! :)
1: 2 eggs, brocolli turkey sausage, spinach, avocado, coffee
ReplyDelete2: hb egg
3: salad w/chicken, veggies, yams, beets, blueberries etc
4: hb egg
5: beef brisket, roasted veggies (YUMMM)
6: I decided to try some coconut sorbet (ingredients are shredded coconut, coconut meat, pectin) with strawberries on top. But after 2 bites it was too sweet and so I just ate the strawberries :)
