Day 42 - Feb 11

Saturday! I have taken most of the week off or working out - am planning to get back into it today!

    4. beef skewers with mushroom, red pepper and zucchini, roasted root veggies (parsnip, carrots, beets, yams, onion, garlic). SO GOOD!

    I've found this awesome blog - it's called "Paleo por Vida!" It has a really good list of recipes (my dinner choices were from this site). Thought I would pass it along...

    I went to the LMFAO concert on Thursday night, it was so fun. I thought I would treat myself to a drink while I was there. Let me just say that the one Palm Bay I tried to drink was so sweet, it took me the entire concert! I think I'll stick to a glass of wine here or there or a vodka soda :)

  2. Thanks for the link! And yes - I imagine that the Palm Bay was super sweet. Vodka Soda with lime is your best bet :)

    3: chicken thigh, almonds

    4: leftover beef brisket & roasted veggies
