Day 40 - feb 9

Feels good to be at day 40! It's really not hard at all though, this is just how I eat now. I am not feeling that I am following a program or anything, just eating what I like...

    3: leftover coleslaw, chicken thighs, strawberries

    4: chicken thigh, almonds

    5: salmon, yams, tomatoes, peppers
