Day 33 - Feb 2

I am in Halifax working for 5 days, so am up against the typical challenges that come along with travelling while eating clean!

This morning I ordered eggs from the hotel restaraunt, and said "no toast, no hashbrowns, just fruit". So of course they brought me a huge basket of toast, and a tomato with cheese all over it....yuck. I obviously didn't eat either!

I have hard boiled eggs & chicken, oranges, nuts etc. that I brought from home so I will take those in my bag for later :)

    too much fruit!

    2. veggies & baba ganouche dip

    3. coconut chicken curry with broccoli and zucchini, kiwi

    4. almonds, cashews, apple

    5 tuna salad with a mix-mash of veggies (celery, tomato, onion, yellow pepper, spinach, basil, carrots, lemon juice and olive oil).

  3. 1. Flank steak, scrambled eggs, 1/2 avocado, spinach & tomato sautéed in clarified butter, coffee, fish oil

    2. Salad from Whole Foods, chicken, beets, yams, carrots, grapes, cucumber, almonds, evoo, balsamic

    3. Chicken, carrots

    4. Steak, roasted yams & carrots, beet salad with walnuts
