DAY 4 - July 26

  1. Hey Jenny, sorry I fell off the map for a bit there, been working nights and it's totally throwing me off. I ate a piece of bread with peanutbutter without even thinking about it when i got home at midnight last night. Need to get into the swing of things! Dinner was salad with chicken breast, cucumbers, olives, tomato.
    Breakfast this morning was a banana pre WOD and post WOD had 2 eggs with 1 egg white, some blueberries and cherries and I'm sure there will be coffee in there somewhere.

    Glad to hear everything is going well with you guys! Way to go, Mommy! :)

  2. 1: omelette w/ham, spinach & avocado, fruit

    2: almonds, fruit

    3: turkey burger (no bun or cheese), sweet potato hash, kale salad

    4: chicken lettuce wraps, shrimp dumplings, cupcake!!

    SO - I decided to jump off the wagon tonight. I am in Scottsdale for work and simply chose not to resist the amazing cupcake from Sprinkles....it was worth it ;)

    Back on track now :)
