    2: salad w/chicken, tomato, cucumber, almonds, blueberries

    3: watermelon, handful of macadamias

    4: beef brisket, veggies, mashed yams

  2. Hey Jenny thanks so much for the link. How are you and baby? You're being so disciplined! I just found out from my doctor that a medical condition that I have is a little more serious than I thought, so I'm told I need to be eating as clean as possible with no excess salt. I haven't been doing too bad since we moved to the island but it's always good to refocus and reset right? Sorry for the late reply, I didn't check my email yesterday.
    Starting with breakfast:
    3 egg whites with 1 yolk, left over spaghetti squash with grape tomatoes and mint, some grapes and black coffee.

    Baby and I are great - I am 7 months along - crazy!! Feeling good, still crossfitting...
